Unique newly renovated courtyard house in Old Gävle

Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Dala cottage with lake property

Welcome to our cozy cabin right by the water, featuring a sauna, fireplace, and a private jetty. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views, and fishing right outside your door. In winter, you can ice fish from the dock, and if the weather permits, ski trails are groomed up to the lake. The surrounding area features berry fields and mushroom forests, along with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride on the rowboat or enjoy the evening sun on the patio. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Between national park and nature reserve - an oasis

A secluded location between the national park and the nature reserve. Here you can enjoy nature and unwind. You can barbecue and enjoy the west-facing sun for a long time in the evening and should it get cold, you can always take a sauna. Keep in mind that in summer, there can be mosquitoes, especially around sunset. It is a few kilometers to Österfärnebo where you have a store. If you want to eat something other than Pizza, there is good food in Gysinge. Feel free to rent the boat and buy a fishing license! In summer, the water can be low at the jetty

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

40 m2 hus med mysigt sovloft som nås genom stege samt bäddsoffa 140 cm. Byggt 2019 och ligger i nära anslutning till familjens hus. I huset finns också en härlig massagestol som kan nyttjas obegränsat. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kyl och frys. Finns behov av tvättmaskin kan det ordnas i huvudhuset. Sängen är bäddad och handdukar/badlakan och morgonrockar finns för er. Nespressomaskin med kapslar och te ingår i priset Tv och wifi finns Elbil kan laddas hos oss till självkostnadspris.

Slappna av i detta lugna boende och njut av sjöutsikt och natur. Här bor du i en helt nybyggd enplansvilla med stora fönsterpartier och gigantiska skjutdörrar mot sjön. Huset har en braskamin och golvvärme i hela huset. Huset har 3 sovrum och 1 rum med bäddsoffa. Vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning med fantastisk utsikt. Huset har en terass på ca 75 m2 varav en del är en mysig uteplats under tak. Kanadensare finns och man kan bada från tomten. 7 minuter bort finns en fin strand.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. With the forest close and big green areas, a lake, ponds and the stream, you can enjoy nature right from your doorstep and have lots of space for different activities, such as swimming, hiking, fishing. And within kilometers you have more lakes and the cozy small town of Sala with its good supply of restaurants, nature areas and shopping.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

In the small village of Delbo, 10 km north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Lea's basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with year-round standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time, but also if you just want to stay overnight. Lea's basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchenette, toilet and shower. There is a double bed (160 cm and a day bed for two. There is also WiFi and a screen with Chromecast.

Cabin by Dalälven

Enjoy your vacation in this bright cottage near the beautiful Dalälven. The Östa area is characterized by its long sandy beaches in the nature reserve, fine waterways and outstanding and soothing environment. One of Sweden's 30 National Parks faces this peninsula. Here there are good conditions for sunbathing and swimming, fishing or why not a mountain bike tour. Access to a berth at the jetty about 200 meters from the property

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Nära till naturen men ändå inte lång från samhället. Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan.En mysig grillplats finns där man laga matt på öppen eld, eller bara och njuta av brasan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.
