Lemmy offers you a two bedroom spacious home with a bed in the conservatory suitable for adults and families with school age children. It captures the morning sunrise and warmth all day with evening lights of the port and Bluff hill. Westshores pebbly beach is pleasant to walk during lowtide and the esplanade provides cycle and walking tracks to Bayview, airport, Pandora wetlands and Ahuriri village. Playground and Coffee Bus, closes at 2pm, by the Surf Club. Free off street parking.

The space
Lemmys place has a patio entrance with a fully fenced front garden and deck off the lounge Most of the 1973 house has been recently decorated but the kitchen is workable and tidy. The main family bathroom has a large bath, toilet and open shower. There is a powder room with shower suitable for short people due to minor leaking. The master bedroom gets the morning sun. The two king singles are on the shady side. The conservatory, can be subject to extreme weather conditions, has a king single bed with a ranch slider lockable from the inside. Alternative sleeping can be on the lounge floor on the couch cushions. There is a laundry and dryer in the shared garage with access to the outdoor hand held shower,clothesline,wood shed
Three small portable laptop desks can be moved throughout the house for games, drinks tables or you could use all three to set up your own workstation. The house is not suited for under five year olds due to no overhead locks on exterior doors allowing direct access onto the drive, road and beach, no baby facilties and prickly plants.

Guest access
The house has a shared driveway which should be free of all vehicles during the day unless getting the keys and unpacking. The driveway is not a playground. The black key safe is up the driveway, on the right side of the black garage door which provides the only key to the patio glass door. The lockable garage is available for storage on request. The entire house is yours

Other things to note
During the winter the kent log fire can be used providing you have responsible children. There are wifi modems in the lounge and conservatory bedroom which should be left on at all times. These are all in reach for young children to create havoc. Its a sunny spot so if you like sleeping in bring sleeping masks. Adult supervision required on patio, outdoor shower and garage. Smoking is allowed on the patio. Due to the installation of high water pressure the old shower has had water getting in behind the tiles. This has been addressed but showers should be short and with low pressure.
