Newly renovated apartment ready for your visit. The high ceiling gives the place a very spacious atmosphere - like a New York loft.
Walk to the stadium for to support your team and to the Courtenay Place nightlife. Explore the cafes and shops of Lambton Quay, Willis Street and Cuba Street.
Complimentary tea and filter coffee provided throughout your stay.
Take advantage of unlimited 300Mbs high-speed fibre Internet WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the 50" HDTV including free Youtube or use the Amazon Fire Stick to access your own streaming service accounts.
Ideal for families on vacation to Wellington or business travellers.
Cook your own meals in the self-contained kitchenette but please no food that will leave a strong odor and might not be easily aired out before the next guest. Take advantage of the fully automatic washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent supplied. For those guests wanting to look their best an iron and ironing board also provided.
Heated towel rack for those occasionally cool Wellington mornings.
Come to Wellington for that special concert or sports event and enjoy a home away from home or make your work trip much more comfortable in the spacious living area.
Guest access
Access to the 3rd floor is via two elevators so no climbing up stairs.
Access to the apartment is via a deadbolt with a keypad and guests will be provided with the keypad code towards the time they check in. Check-in from 3pm till midnight.
Guests have the run of the entire apartment. Plenty of space for children to run around.
Other things to note
The apartment building is staffed by Quest accommodations who maintain a reception areas from 8am to about 7pm. After that time entrance to the apartment is via a key fob. There will be a key fob in the apartment for guests access hours but if you plan to check in after about 7pm when reception is no longer manned then let me know beforehand so I will locate a lock box outside with the fob inside and send the lockbox code at the same time as the apartment door code

The fabulous central location makes walking to any of Wellington's tourist spots easy. The Old Bank is right next door with coffee bars including a Starbucks, a food court nearby and plenty of shopping.
Two supermarket are within 5 minutes walk so you can stock up on provisions if you want to eat in.
Since the apartment is in the city central business district there is no free parking. However you can park outside the apartment to load and unload.
Street parking is metered from 8am to 6pm (8pm on Fridays) after which it's free. There is a parking building in Victoria Street which has an early bird daily parking rate and it's about 5 minutes walk away. Parking is free on public holidays.
