Hiking / cycling; Mountain bike route at 100 meters.

Casa de amigos (rural location)

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Ontsnap aan de drukte in deze stijlvolle B&B midden in het groen. Geniet van uitzicht op weilanden, bos en bomen. Ontspan in de privé-sauna of neem een frisse duik in het zwembad (seizoensgebonden dagelijks open in blokken van 2–3 uur in overleg). Grote supermarkt met terras en grote speeltuin direct voor de woning. Gezellige horeca gelegenheden in de buurt. Freibad Alstätte ligt op 3 km. Ontbijt is inbegrepen. Bij 3 volwassenen rekenen we €15 extra. Vraag gerust naar de mogelijkheden!

The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity.
