Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Many museums, shops, railway station, boat cruise on the canals, plenty of restaurants

2 Floor Apartment with Large kitchen Nieuw-Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Oak & Beam Atelier

Built as a warehouse in the 16th century, it is now a very spacious ground-floor apartment right in the historic center with direct access to a little terrace on the street. It features a living room, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, and semi-separate bedroom. The apartment has its own front door. Very suitable for families. This spacious apartment (72 m2) with a sunny balcony is just steps away from the historic city center and the famous cheese market. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood, and there are two city bikes available to explore the area. Here peace, luxury and nature come together. Enjoy the lake with your own boat. Amsterdam and Utrecht are about 20 minutes away by car or Uber. Young male groups and parties are not allowed.

Peace and quiet at the beach and cities with beautiful garden

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Akerdijk

Akerdijk is located in Badhoevedorp and offers a garden, jetty with rowboat. The accommodation is 18 km from Zandvoort aan Zee and offers free WiFi and private parking. You have your own entrance and access to two floors. The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Amsterdam is 5 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 4 km from Akerdijk.

Busy You @ Sea, with private patio and garden

Busy You @ Sea is a fully renovated studio, open since March 2024. One minute walk from the dunes. The beach and city center are also within walking distance. The place to relax and unwind! The cozy studio with its own entrance (29 m2, open space) is located in the basement and equipped with every comfort. French doors give access to your private terrace, overlooking the (partially fenced) garden.

Rooftop apartment is stylishly decorated and equipped with every luxury imaginable. Equipped with two double rooms. Highly recommended for anyone who works temporarily near Amsterdam and/or wants to enjoy the cozy village feeling. 15 minutes from Amsterdam/ Utrecht, with a train station is just around the corner.
