Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Dit ruime appartement (72 m2) met zonnig balkon ligt op een steenworp afstand van de historische binnenstad en de beroemde kaasmarkt. Parkeren kan in de gehele wijk gratis en er zijn twee stadsfietsen beschikbaar om de omgeving te verkennen. Als je zelf beschikt over een elektrische fiets, dan kun je deze veilig stallen in de afgesloten berging (op aanvraag). - Treinstation: 15 min. lopen - Stadscentrum: 8 min. fietsen - Strand : 10 min. met de auto - Amsterdam: 35 min. met trein of auto

2 Floor Apartment with Large kitchen Nieuw-Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Built as a warehouse in the 16th century, it is now a very spacious ground-floor apartment right in the historic center with direct access to a little terrace on the street. It features a living room, dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, and semi-separate bedroom. The apartment has its own front door. Very suitable for families. Akerdijk

Akerdijk ligt in Badhoevedorp en biedt een tuin, steiger met roeiboot . De accommodatie ligt op18 km van Zandvoort aan Zee en biedt gratis WiFi en privéparkeergelegenheid. U heeft een eigen entree en beschikking over twee verdiepingen. Het appartement bestaat uit 3 aparte slaapkamers, een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en 1 badkamer. Amsterdam ligt op 5 km van het appartement. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is Schiphol, op 4 km van Akerdijk.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

Rooftop appartement is stijlvol ingericht en voorzien van iedere denkbare luxe. Beschikt over twee tweepersoons kamers.
