Daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor: entrance, living room and balcony. Accessible via an external staircase with 16 steps. Not suitable for children. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.
