New, modern apartment for 2-6 people with magnificent mountain and valley views from almost all windows! The Hochoetz ski region is 10 minutes (free ski bus) and a toboggan run is 100 meters from the house. Highlights include the feel-good bedrooms with panoramic views, the 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), the new kitchen, underfloor heating, the spacious garden area with terrace and the location on the upper edge of the village (without through traffic), which allows hikes/bike tours from the house.

Haus Roswitha: Mountain view & infrared cabin

Haus Roswitha is located in picturesque Tumpen at the entrance to the Oetztal. Up to 5 guests stay on 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms, a garden, mountain views, an infrared cabin, and a ski room with boot dryer. The quiet setting makes it a relaxed base for families and active days in the mountains. In winter, Hochoetz, Kuehtai and Soelden are easy to reach; in summer you can swim, hike, mountain bike, raft or go canyoning. Innsbruck is also ideal for a day trip with culture, shopping and great food.

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Experience in summer Area 47, Ötztal with all its advantages such as Ötzi village, Längenfeld thermal baths and a very good starting point for cycling tours. By car, you can reach Imst in 10 minutes, where you will find all the shopping facilities. You can also reach the Hoch Ötz ski resort in 10 minutes by car. You can also reach Roppen by train from Innsbruck or Imst

Lou's Apartment

The modern 3-room apartment with approx. 70 square meters for 2 to 6 people is located just above the local area and offers a great view of the surrounding mountains and the village. The house in which the apartment is located is at the edge of the forest and invites you from there to a direct hike or bike ride into the mountains. The town center, as well as the nearby swimming pool and the mountain railways are within walking distance.

We are located on a plateau surrounded by meadows and forests above Oetz in the Ötztal and are the starting point for wonderful hikes. Lake Piburg is a 20-minute walk away. Right next to us there is a natural pond with extensive sunbathing lawns. Area47 is also only 4 km away. Canyoning, biking, tennis, paragliding, ... The Hochötz ski arena can be reached from us in 6 minutes by car. Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgl are also nearby.

Studio in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time next to kids playground and a forest. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment.
