Nice place , for budget travelers.

We had a lovely stay at Kerem’s hotel. Karaburun is a lovely place if you’re looking for scenic views, scuba diving and snorkeling. There is a dedicated parking area for the hotel. The hotel itself is stunningly gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast is served in the garden overlooking a mountain farm. Fruit trees hang over you as you eat a delicious Turkish breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable. The AC worked very well and while the hot water took a while to heat up we had more then we needed. Kerem was very accommodating of us not speaking Turkish and we were able to communicate everything we needed. He messaged us the wifi password right away when we asked.

The sultan of the house, Ms. Sevgi and her husband, Mr. Hüseyin, are incredible hosts! We stayed for two people. They offered all kinds of amenities for our comfort. Since they are native to Ilica, they recommended us places where we could go best. I'm not satisfied with their conversations and energy. We felt like we were at home. We have no doubt we will visit again. The house has a large patio and a well-maintained garden. Ideal for families with children. 10 min by walking to Ilica beach, bazaar, cordon length. There is a market nearby. You can cook for yourself in the spacious kitchen and eat your meal by comfortably chatting at the tables on the patio. The room we stayed in was bright, cool and airy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was shared, clean. Hot and cold water was available. You can easily take your own detergent and use the washing machine. There is a shared refrigerator and you can easily store your food and drinks. Comfort is provided with all kinds of basic items. All you need to do is pick up your luggage and come. We are so lucky that we found a place in a period that was full until August and got to know Ms. Sevgi and Mr. Hüseyin. We love you, see you again. :)

We stayed a few days at this lovely guest house right in the centre of Çeşme. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was generous and the host was very accommodating and experienced, suggesting extra things they could cook for my children. The building is an authentic Çeşme stone house and it's been decorated very personally - check the breakfast area for the owner's son's talented drawings! Our room had comfortable beds, aircon, a bathroom with shower, fridge, and extra blankets. The owner was responsive to all our needs and questions. The location is a couple of minutes' walk to the centre of Çeşme. We struggled to reach it by car as the streets are extremely narrow in places and we chose to park a few minutes up the hill and walk. That might be the fault of dodgy GPS on my phone though as apparently it is possible to drive to the door. There's no shortage of cafes and restaurants nearby, we loved Ilıca beach and enjoyed the nearby Oasis water park too .

The staff was very cozy and warm-blooded. The breakfast is exactly Alaçatı. The location is legendary. Only the room was too small, which is already a classic Alaçatı problem.

I stayed with my brothers on June 6-8. It was easy to find the hotel. Most importantly, the beds and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was also good. We didn't look for luxury and comfort just because we were going to stay overnight. But even if we did, I think we found the right address. There were things I needed. The bath water is pressurized. Location❤️❤️: Çeşme is in the center. It's 1-2 minutes from the port. The only big problem was that we couldn't find a parking lot. I will come again, the place to stay is already clear… Thank you, Mr. Nedim.

Thanks to its location, we easily walked to the venues in Alaçatı. There is no parking lot, but we were able to find a parking space nearby. The room we stayed in was a little small, and since it was on the side of the kitchen, we sometimes woke up in the morning with noise while breakfast was being prepared, and it was very quiet in the evening and at night, we did not have any problems. If you are sensitive to noise or do not get up early, you can request a room in the other building. They quickly responded to our extra requests such as the duvet we wanted in the room. If you want it to be close to the center but away from the chaos, it is a place you can choose with pleasure

Everything was perfect, the house was as in the visuals. The items were new,beautiful and tidy. There was no problem with cleaning, everything was spotless. The host was understanding. The garden and pool were clean. We had a great time. We are definitely planning to come back.

The facility was exactly the same as the information in the pictures and descriptions. Everything you might need was available in the room. We had a comfortable stay with three people as a family. The room, bed and bathroom were spotless. In the morning, we had a mixed breakfast quality breakfast at a good restaurant in a very well-designed garden. Our hosts were extremely caring and responded to our needs instantly. Located within walking distance to Alaçatı Bazaar but in a quiet location to relax. A hotel we can recommend to everyone.

The location was super. The interest is number ten. Room cleaning everything was perfect. The pool was said to be used, but it wasn't. That was the only problem. Thanks for everything

Mrs. Rana and her husband were very good hosts. Our room was the same as the visual and it was comfortable. It was very close to the Alaçatı bazaar and restaurants, but it was pleasant to escape the Alaçatı noise in the evening and sit on the balcony. In general, we were satisfied with everything, it is a guest house that you can definitely prefer 🔆

We enjoyed it very much on site, we were really very enthusiastic😊 The team on site is very warm and helpful and is always available to you. The place is very clean and tidy and the breakfast was super delicious😋 Highly recommended hotel! We will definitely be back!

It was a very peaceful, relaxing stay and a pleasant stay.

Everything was very nice. Cleanliness, breakfast, views, location, employees were all really 10/10. Mr. Alper and all the employees are friendly and very interested in their customers, he answered our questions in a short time. We went with two friends, a very sweet hotel where you can go with your wife, lover, friend and family. Its proximity to the beach is also a great advantage, and you can easily reach everywhere in the very center of the fountain. I recommend rooms with a balcony where you can relax. Looking forward to coming back, thank you for everything:))

The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast has a vast many choices and was always very delicious. The room we stayed in looked exactly like the pictures, and as the pictures already suggest, the selling point was definitely the beautiful view! We enjoyed our stay here.

We arrived late and were very warmly welcomed. The room had fantastic harbor views and was still quiet. Everything was very clean. The host was extremely accommodating to all our concerns and was always very nice. We highly recommend it.
