Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and warm voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to :) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled like cleanliness :) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We would like to thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother, Ms. Sebiha, for everything.

We stayed as 2 families and 2 children, a great house to go as a family, the pool is clean, the house is clean, there are all the necessities. With a car that's close to everything, the only thing missing is the lack of internet in the house

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. Mr. Zafer was a very caring host. He even helped us move our stuff home. He also left some treats for the house. The house was as in the photos. It's pretty close to the center of Çeşme. We were able to leave the car nearby because it wasn't too crowded when we went. Price performance is a place to stay

We spent one of the most enjoyable holidays of our lives in this wonderful villa! 10 people stayed comfortably and everyone was very satisfied in terms of comfort. The villa was spotless, the beds were quite comfortable, and everything was thought out to the finest detail. The kitchen equipment was complete, the pool was well-maintained and we were able to sit and enjoy the garden for a long time. The location was also very good; it was both close to the central places and quiet and peaceful enough. The host was very caring and helpful, and responded quickly to all our questions. We would definitely like to come back again. Would recommend with peace of mind!

Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner.
