The cottage is nicely and brightly decorated with bright kitchen and large living room with large loft and wood-burning stove. Nice bathroom with shower and there is an outdoor shower for the hot days. With direct access from the living room is walked out onto beautiful south / southwest facing terrace which is partially covered terrace with skylights. In the large garden there is opportunity for play and in addition there is a wilderness bath that can be used. The garden is secluded.

The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Cromecast. There is fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

Located only 11 km from atmospheric Ebeltoft, where you'll find shopping and pedestrian street with lots of shops. Many excursion options close by - Ree Park Safari (5 km), Skandinavisk Dyrepark (10 km), Djurs Sommerland (24 km), Kattegatcentret (24 km), århus city & Tivoli Friheden (49 km). Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.

Sommerhuset er centralt beliggende i Svenstrup by. 5 minutters gang til Svenstrup togstation, hvor du både kan komme til Aalborg på 9 minutter. Indkøb som SuperBrugsen, Rema eller Coop365 ligger med to minutters gang til fods fra sommerhuset.

Vi lejer desværre IKKE ud til grupper af unge mennesker. Vi anbefaler ikke man er flere end 4 voksne mennensker i huset for alle får en god oplevelse. Der er et soveværelse med dobbeltseng.
