A few minutes' walking distance, you are in the center, the Outlet, beach facilities or a water ski run. Houseboat Monsin has all the luxury and facilities you need with a large (partly) covered terrace with jetty. There is also a large garden and parking space. It is a perfect place if you love nature and want to learn to discover Roermond and surroundings.

As soon as you step out of the yurt you overlook the open fields and forests, an oasis of relaxation and tranquility. You can discover the neighborhood by choosing a nice walking or cycling route. The village of Baexem is 1.5 km away, here is, among other things, a supermarket and bakery. A little further are the more extensive amenities. Privacy is the key word.

Cities such as Roermond, Sittard or just across the border towards Germany or Belgium can all be within a radius of 15 km.
