Our completely newly renovated apartment in Merano/St. Valentin is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. The associated basement compartment, which can be reached at ground level, is freely available and can be used, for example, for storing wheels/skis, etc., or for charging e-bikes. An electric filling station with 2 parking spaces is about 5 min. walking distance.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.

The 59 m² apartment 'Mut Residenze Moritz' is located in the small mountain village of Hafling (Avelengo) near Merano (Meran) and is also called the sun terrace of Merano. The apartment is part of an architectural jewel and offers a great mountain panorama. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people.
