Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel, everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Leisure facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station,Waloseum and automobile & play equipment museum are located in Norddeich. The tea museum is located in Norden.

Entire floor in a farmhouse in the countryside

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 cats, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

This bright, new row end house is equipped for 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area as well as a guest toilet. Upstairs are the bathroom with rain shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The second one with twin beds. In the storage room you will find a washer-dryer, drying rack and vacuum cleaner. 4-legged friends are also welcome here. A lump sum of €50 is charged.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Moin and welcome to our cozy , 26 m² apartment No. 1, which offers an unobstructed view of the lighthouse and the houses of Norderney. In Norden-Ostermarsch we live quietly , but reach the beaches of Norddeich or Neßmersiel in 8 km each. From here you can start beautiful, bicycle tours. There is a lockable room for your bikes. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette . Pets are not allowed with us.
