Nicht nur der maritime Stil sondern auch der Garten, die ruhige Lage und nicht zuletzt die Strandnähe der Erdgeschosswohnung lassen Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Der Strand von Neßmersiel ist fußläufig, mit dem Rad, oder Auto, in ca. 1900m zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Wallbox für Elektroautos.
