Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio.
