City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

In the bright basement (with windows) of our unique canal house with façade-garden, on the corner of a canal and a square with large oak-trees you find this b&b wih lots of privacy, nice rooms and close to everywhere you would like to go! You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.

A lovely mansion with a lovely spacious garden 3 minutes away from the train station, 10 minutes from Amsterdam and the Zaanse Schans. Sometimes, you think you are in the countryside because, despite being right in the center of Zaandam, the birds wake you up in the morning and the dead-end street is wonderfully quiet.
