Beachfront holiday rental in Halki

Just book it - you won’t be disappointed. “As Cute as a button” - was all we could think when we first arrived. We felt blessed to be able to stay in such a beautiful house, so lovingly styled, with such a beautiful view of one of the prettiest islands in Greece. We thought Symi town was stunning, and sitting on that sun drenched huge balcony you got to take in the magnificent views throughout the day. Maria (number one to us!!!) is a delightful host, going out of her way to make your stay a memorable one. She met us in Rhodes to give us the keys, with such kindness and warmth. We had lovely treats awaiting us on our arrival, and all the necessary basics needed in the kitchen. If you want a bit of an adrenaline rush, catch the local bus to the other end of the island to the monastery. Harrowing to say the least- Locals praying! In closing, when we were walking out the door on our final day, my husband said that he would come back in a heartbeat. What more can I say....

Spacious and peaceful villa - well equipped with everything needed

Alkmini’s place was traditional and charming. We felt so at home. The location was the best in town we felt and such beautiful views the only thing that could beat the views were Alkmini’s father he welcomed us and suggested great places to eat and was super helpful.

Our stay at Rania's house was fantastic and exactly what we needed as a family. The contact with Rania was warm and uncomplicated, she responded quickly to questions. The house is beautiful, very clean and well equipped – incl. Washing machine and dishwasher. The quiet location outside of Apolakkia was ideal for switching off, with the rental car you can quickly reach Lindos, Prasonisi or surrounding villages. A special highlight was the private access to the almost deserted beach. The terrace offers comfortable sun loungers, seating, beach chairs and towels. Our children (4 and 6) had a lot of fun climbing over rocks and discovering the large, natural property with plants and animals - including a daily visit from a small gecko. An all-round successful holiday - we are thrilled and recommend the house without reservation!

This was my second stay at this wonderful Villa, and it was just as peaceful and serene as I remembered. Waking up to the stunning view is truly amazing, it never gets old. Since my first visit, the hosts have made several thoughtful renovations, both big and small, which only enhanced the experience. I especially appreciated the new additions like the games, ping pong table and painting supplies, lovely touch. People in the village were so friendly and welcoming, both other tourists and locals. I’ll definitely be back again!

Sea Villa Kalavarda is the perfect place if you want to stay away from the crowds. It is spacious, clean, and private. There is a nice little beach a few steps from the house that you don't have to share wth anyone. For bigger beaches, drive to Porto Antico, about 4 km. Here you have great food and lovely sunsets. It is advisable to rent a car to get around from Kalavarda. Lovely place and I would go back there tomorrow!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Leontios was an exceptional host—communication was smooth and easy from the start, and his directions made finding the house fairly straightforward. Note that it seems like you have to drive on the beach, but you are on the right path as you quickly turn left up his driveway. The property in Lindos was even better than expected. The outdoor areas were the highlight for us—beautifully maintained lawn, a sparkling, refreshing pool, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The location was perfect: just a short walk to beach bars and some great local restaurants, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private escape. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed, especially the well-appointed kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Leontios place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway in Lindos. Five stars all the way!

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. Katie was always very helpful and communicated well with us. The beach is right down the street, the pool is nice for a quick cool down. The place is a bit remote so I would definitely recommend to get a car.

Very nice stay at Villa Costa Gennadi, there were 6 of us, the house is very well-equipped, the proximity to the beach is perfect, and the location in general is perfect for those who do not like tourist areas, we went to dinner in the village 15 min on foot and the beach was almost ours (very few people, sometimes no one). We would definitely recommend this Airbnb 🙂

The place is amazing. Even bettet that in photos! Spacious, clean. The house had everything we needed to make our five-person family feel like home. The location is 10 min away with the car from the nearest city, so it's a calm and private place. Pool was cooled so even in the hot days you can always refresh. The pool's 1.5 m depth makes it ideal for families with young children or for people who are not proficient swimmers. Owner, Stefanos, was very kind and welcoming. Suggested places to shop, eat, and see among other things. He left us some snacks, wine and cooled water.

We spent a week with our kids at the place. Very nice, spacious house with great garden and private beach section with direct access from the house. Very friendly welcome, extensive culinary "first supply". For restaurants and shopping, you should ideally have your own car. Two small compromises: the road runs right in front of the house - depending on the wind you can hear the cars quite clearly, but with a little imagination it almost sounds like the sound of the sea. And the beach is a little pebbly

A holiday in the Villa Marqua means relaxation and recreation from the first second. The lovingly designed garden in its colorful flowers delighted us every morning. This typical Greek house with its loving and individual furnishings immediately conveys the feeling of being with friends, not strangers. In particular, the landlord Martis gave us the feeling of being at home with his warm and helpful manner. Our next Greece vacation will definitely be in Villa Marqua again!

Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

A dream vacation in Gennadi! We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa right on the beach! The accommodation is top equipped, very clean and offers everything you want for a relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the large, private pool – perfect for relaxing overlooking the sea. The location is ideal: quiet and idyllic, but at the same time only about 1200 meters from the nice village of Gennadi, where you can eat or shop comfortably. We'd love to come back – absolutely recommended! Thank you!

A fantastic villa, immaculately presented both inside and out. A lovely pool area with outside dining facilities to match. Located close to amenities, bars and restaurants etc. Easy access to Lindos, St Paul’s Bay and Lardos. A lovely place to stay.

This is such a beautiful apartment. It's exactly as it looks in the photographs. We had a wonderful week here and would gladly return. Highly recommend!

This was the third time we stayed at Sophia’s beautiful home, and we loved it just as much as before. It was such a special place to great ready on the morning of my wedding on Halki. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend such a special time anywhere else on the island. Thank you again Sophia!

Building restoration, unusual & eclectic division of spaces, quality and great taste of the decoration, high standard mattress, attention to details and a large chioce of amenities, make it certainly the most pleasant Airbnb I have stayed in the recent years.

An amazing stay on such a beautiful island! The house had amazing views over the bay with lots of Greek charm. Dimitris was a great host, very helpful and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

This was the perfect getaway! The house is in an amazing location, right next to the sea, so we enjoyed stunning views throughout our stay. The spacious layout made it feel like a true home away from home, with plenty of room to relax. Both the terrace and balcony were incredible spots to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Michail was friendly, helpful, and very flexible, accommodating all of our needs with ease. He even went above and beyond by bringing us fresh pastries from the local bakery, which was such a thoughtful touch! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!

Casa Alizeta is the best house in chalki island ! It’s 2 min by foot from the port and it’s easy to go! If you walk down you see the sea. The house is made with love and everything is brand new! It has everything you need ! We will come again next year !!!! Thank you very much !!!

Excellent location. Regularly cleaned. Everything we needed for a few weeks stay. Lovely large balcony with great views. A list of numbers for local services would have been useful. We didn’t need a doctor but if we had, we had no way of knowing how to contact one.

What a beautiful spot! We were blown away by the location, the views, the beautiful apartment, which was stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean and so well equipped with top quality fittings. George couldn’t have been more helpful and was always quick to respond. The location was perfect - just five minutes walk to/from the ferry, shops and restaurants, and two lovely beaches with tavernas only a short walk away (12-15 mins). The swimming platform was bliss and the water in the harbour crystal clear. Thank you George for a wonderful holiday!
