Die liebevoll angelegte Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhause und ist ländlich gelegen. Das komplette Dachgeschoss wird allein von unseren Gästen genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen, Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten in die Bielefelder City. Eine Gebühr für Endreinigung wird nicht erhoben. Bitte die Unterkunft in Bezugszustand verlassen. Dankeschön.

Design in the Bi-West - 2-room apartment

The west of Bielefeld is the ideal location to explore the city and surrounding area. Within walking distance, there is a lot to reach: the Kunsthalle, Oetkerhalle, the train station and the city center. The university is also close by. The apartment is located in Halle (Westphalia) in a settlement house. Surrounded by fields in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet here. The apartment is spread over two floors on the first and second floors. In the lower part of the apartment is a small room with a sofa bed on which children or another 3rd person could sleep. From here, you can take a staircase to the second floor. Here you will find the kitchen with a small dining area, the shower room and the bedroom.

Built in 1895, the house was renovated and fully modernized by us in 2015. We are a very nice family community, a total of 4 parties live in the house. We also live on the first floor, so to speak, door to door and are available for questions. The apartment is furnished with everything and if something is missing or a washing machine is needed, we can help with everything.
