Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Easy access to I-5 (about 7 miles north of downtown), close to Kraken Community Iceplex (1.2 miles), a pool, and other restaurants/shopping (about 1 mile in two different directions). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, separate entrance and plenty of space to call your own. It is most convenient if you have a car, but if you don't mind walking about 1/4 mile, there are buses/lightrail available. Street parking available. We welcome all types of people.

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.

The studio is 200 square feet, includes a queen size bed (pillow top mattress), a private bathroom, amenities, and located in our quiet well-maintained backyard.
