Sie können dort fast alles kaufen, bestellen oder anfertigen lassen. Unser Motto ist Upcycling und Individualität. Nichts von der Stange und keine Trends. Sondern Langlebigkeit und die persönliche Note. Sie können sich also auf ca. 96 qm eine Auszeit und Inspiration gönnen. Egal ob Sie wandern oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen wollen.

BALTHASAR RESS Guesthouse am Rebhang im Rheingau

Das "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" ist das Gästehaus des renommierten Weinguts Balthasar Ress im Rheingau. Vornehmlich für eigene Gäste des Weinguts konzipiert, steht es auch manchmal anderen Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Architektenhaus liegt in der Siedlung "Rebhang", eine der exklusivsten und schönsten Wohnlagen im Weinanbaugebiet Rheingau. Die Siedlung liegt auf rund 400m Höhe, rund 300m über dem Rhein und ist umgeben von Wiesen, Weinbergen und dem Wald.

For guests in the Rheingau, our new, beautiful apartment in Eltville can be booked. In a quiet and central location of Eltville (a few minutes' walk to the old town or to the Rhine), the apartment (equipped with shower/toilet, small kitchen, TV) for up to two people with its separate entrance and a small terrace (for an outdoor breakfast or for a lunch/afternoon/evening drink) offers the ideal starting point for an extended weekend in the Rheingau.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

Beautiful apartment with private entrance surrounded by greenery. I rent out a beautiful, newly renovated, ground floor apartment with terrace. The apartment is located in the countryside on a one-sided built-up street with a view. It consists of a large, light-filled room with a mini kitchen and an attached shower room. Free street parking is available right in front of the apartment.

Experience the Rheingau and stay in our spacious barn in the loft style with a cozy courtyard (with parking for your car) in the traditional district of Johannisberg. The world-famous Johannisberg Castle is 250 m away and the Rheinsteig long-distance hiking trail passes 400 m away. Several wineries with taverns or wine bars are within walking distance.
