Lovely living room with TV, wood-burning stove, internet, etc. Located in a beautiful natural area and very peaceful. Beautiful wooden terrace with nice furniture. Stay in a fantastic scenic area a few minutes' walk from the beach and right next to the beautiful golf course. Røsnæs is something very special, and besides a sea view, you can hear the sound of the sea. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where there is a private bathing jetty. The kitchen has all the facilities, with a barbecue outdoors, and in the summer there are plenty of berries in the garden as well as horseradish, which you can eat. At the end of the road (the dam) you come to the nature area, where you can walk the Røsnæs round route.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Oplev bondegårdsferie med dyr, ro og gode madoplevelser. På vores firlængede gård kan børnene hente æg, møde geder, killinger, kaniner og grise og gå på opdagelse. I gårdbutikken er der friskbagte surdejsbrød, gårdhonning og nylagte æg. Vi har bordtennis, bordfodbold og dart i vores hyggelige lade. Om aftenen kan I lave pizza i den brændefyrede stenovn og nyde gårdspladsen med et glas af vores håndbryggede fadøl. Et unikt familieophold på landet, tæt på strand, havn og hyggelige Karrebæksminde.

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært. Jeg hilser ikke på som vært, medmindre det ønskes af lejer. 4 sengepladser Dobbeltseng: 180x200 2 senge: 120x200 Rengøring, sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet. Opvaskemaskine og gulvvarme Området er naturskønt, og der er mulighed for mange gode gåture.

Cozy and spacious summer cottage at Kobæk Strand

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
