Das Haus am See bietet mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Ein großzügiger Garten, der über einen direkten Zugang zum Naherholungsgebiet Tiggelsee verfügt, lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die überdachte Terrasse ist vom Wohnzimmer aus zu erreichen. Der Schlosspark Bagno und die historische Altstadt Burgsteinfurt sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso der Bahnhof (Strecke Münster-Enschede). Shopping-Möglichkeiten bietet das McArthur Glenn Designer Outlet Center (DOC) in Ochtrup.

The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Unser Haus an der Werse: inmitten der Natur und dennoch nur 20 Fahrradminuten zum Prinzipalmarkt. Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem 1000 m² großen Grundstück und bietet einen direkten Zugang zur Werse. Das Landschaftsschutzgebiet zeichnet sich durch die typischen Bootshäuser aus die wie Perlen auf einer Kette an dem idyllischen Fluss liegen. Im nahen Freibad Stapelskotten kann man schwimmen, der Rad- und Wanderweg beginnt vor der Tür und der Bootsverleih ist auch nicht weit..

The apartment is in the center of Flüren, 100 m from the market square and 200 m from the dyke and the Auesee. From here you can explore the Diersfordter Forest, the Auesee and much more by foot or by bike (5-10 min.). The beach is free and can be reached by bike in 2.5 km. There is also the new mini-golf course, the marina and the airfield (sightseeing flights). The Ruhr area, for example the Centro in Oberhausen, is only 30 minutes away by car.
