In the beautiful Münsterland is the picturesque lakeside village of Hörster Heide. Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. Hello there! You're booking a room on the upper floor of my semi-detached house! Once you move in, we’ll both be housemates with no hierarchy between us. :) It’s very quiet during the day; occasionally, a neighbor might start up some heavy equipment, but you won’t hear any traffic noise or similar disturbances. You can reach downtown Dortmund by train in 10 minutes, with the station just a 10-minute walk away. Thanks to the B236 and A2, you’re also well-connected to surrounding areas by car.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen offenen Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich mit vollausgestatteter Einbauküche und integrierter Kücheninsel. Die drei Etagen verfügen über drei Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern mit Regendusche und Badewanne. Zwei Etagen verfügen über einen großzügigen Balkon bzw. eine Dachterrasse mit Südausrichtung und einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Phönix See. Ca. 10 min zum Signal-Iduna park.

Historischer Charme trifft modernen Komfort – dein Zuhause an der Werse Das Wersehaus, ein liebevoll renovierten Ferienhaus im Herzen von Handorf-Münster direkt am Wasser. Das Haus wurde 1934 erbaut und 2025 vollständig saniert – der besondere Charme der alten Holzbalken zieht sich jedoch weiterhin durch jeden Raum und erinnert an die Geschichte dieses einzigartigen Hauses. Du kannst hier mit dem Kanu eine Tour unternehmen, die Ruhe am Wasser genießen und bei Netflix & Disney+ abschalten.

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the main market. The vacation home is located on a 1000 m² property and offers direct access to the Werse. The landscape conservation area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor pool Stapelskotten you can swim, the bike and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

Bed & Breakfast am Phönixsee Dortmund

We offer a 12 sqm room for our guests from all over the world. The room also has an approx. 2.5 square meter walk-in closet separated by a glass door. It is located on the 2nd floor of our house. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used. On request, a varied breakfast is offered for €10 extra per person.
