Cozy accommodation with a central location at Stange city center in Granbakkvegen 2. The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house. It has a private entrance and a private spacious patio, well suited for both meals and socializing. The apartment and the associated patio are east-facing and have morning sun. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a short distance to nice hiking areas both in summer and winter, and only a short drive down to Mjøsa. Walking distance to train and bus.

Welcome to us! We rent out a studio with its own entrance and bathroom and free parking space. City center about 3 km. Bus stop approx. 300 m. Grocery store approx. 500 m. Ice hockey hall and handball hall (Storhamar) about 2 km. The studio is just as suitable for you who are studying, as for you who are going to Hamar on other occasions. The studio is equipped with a bed (150 cm) and WiFi. The place has no kitchen, but there is a kettle, fridge and microwave. We have Furuberget as the closest neighbor with nice hiking opportunities.

The apartment is 38 m² located on the lower ground floor, with a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washer and dryer. TV with Netflix. Two additional beds are available in a separate 15 m² annex. Access to the backyard and a large rooftop terrace with stunning views can be arranged upon request. EV charging available.

Cozy and well equipped home
Cozy apartment just 700 meters from Hamar train station. Free parking on the premises. The apartment contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. Located peacefully centrally in Hamar, between the train station and the Viking Ship. The apartment is used regularly by me, so the standard is high and the apartment is well equipped. I take responsibility for the cleaning myself, as I can guarantee a clean and nice home for all guests. The final cleaning is included in the price.

A 2019 apartment with large bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen solution. Private entrance from the back of the house, and access to parking on the front of the house. The rest of the house is inhabited by us, and we have three children who can produce some footsteps. Otherwise, the studio is separated from the house with a fireproof and soundproof door, which is locked with a key. TV only has the option of AirPlay, and no apps/channels

Innsjekking i hovedsak etter kl 16, men ta gjærne kontakt om du ønsker å sjekke inn før, så ser vi hva vi får til. Familie på fem bor i resten av huset, så noe støy må påberegnes, da det er noe lytt mellom etasjene.

The bus stop for transport to Hamar city center is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, with departures every 30 minutes during the day and every hour in the evening.
