PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a south-facing balcony, where you can also enjoy the evening sun. Various bus lines and U-/S-Bahn stations are in the immediate vicinity.
