Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Note: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.
