Holiday rentals with a patio in Hamden

The home was cozy and immaculately clean! Everything one would need was easy to find and accessible. The fridge was wicked cold and the walk in shower was perfect. The area was nice and quiet and we loved hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Easy area to navigate. Would highly recommend staying here!

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

Amazing place to stay if you are in the area! It’s at a great location, very peaceful neighborhood and lots to do. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again!!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Sonia was a fantastic host, she immediately took care of any questions you may have had. She responded to any text quickly. The place was completely clean and in a good area of town. Walking distance to local park. Not a long drive to get gas or go to a store for whatever you may have needed!! 👏😊

This house runs more smoothly than most fine hotels. The house is beautiful and the mirrored ceilings are awesome. You can easily walk to the airport in minutes. The hosts are responsive in minutes and are a CLASS ACT!!! WE will be back.

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. It was perfect for our trip. Loved being near the beach.

We had a relaxing overnight with our two pups! The bay/sound area is so peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed swimming before the tide came in and we kayaked along the shoreline. The inside was stunning and had everything you needed and more! We door dashed lobster rolls from the Bonfire Grille nearby (10/10) and ended the night in the hot tub! Coffee on the sunny patio was a great perk, too! Thanks again!!

Family of 3 stayed 4 days but had 3 dinner guests while in New Haven area for Yale graduation. I'm glad we had our own car to transport us to Yale campus. Easy access to the freeway. House is beautifully decorated and color scheme. Nice dinner room table for 6 people to sit comfortably. Great kitchen although we did no actual cooking as we bring in take out meals. Great back porch and deck to sit at for visiting. Front street is a bit busy but deck in back is quiet from traffic noise. Able to use washer/dryer which has nice as we had been on the road for several days. All bedrooms are upstairs and stair steps are somewhat steep to bedrooms and basement. So for older folks the steps may feel a bit daunting. Nice shower. I haven't stayed in many Air B&B's so I don't know what is actually provide for the little extras but, I would recommended luggage stand in each bedroom, extra cloth dish towel in kitchen, kleenex and paper towel, hair dryer. Recommend over all.

Jeremy’s “Doll House” was a charming little place on lovely peaceful grounds. The location was very convenient for visiting our Connecticut relatives and attending our granddaughter’s graduation. His kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a huge walk in closet in the bedroom and great laundry area in the bathroom. I would recommend Jeremy’s place and would stay there again.

Andrea was a very kind, responsive host and her place was comfortable and clean. It was very easy to check in / check out, she was really helpful figuring out the local area for us, and it was nice to have a spot in a covered garage. We very much appreciated our stay!

Blue Haven was perfect for our group of 8 plus 2 dogs. The upstairs had 2 master sized suites with King beds and small sitting area with a shared 3/4 bath that had double sinks. On the main level was a bedroom with a queen bed and another with 2 twin beds and a full bath (shower+ bathtub). Backyard is fully fenced in with ample seating and an outdoor gas fire pit where we roasted marshmallows included in the beautiful s’mores care package from our host! Sea Bluff beach is a bit far to walk but a quick 5min drive. We visited the Bird Sanctuary and Silver Sands Beach as well downtown New Haven, all within 20min drive from the home. We really appreciated the fact that the unit was fully stocked with plenty of supplies: flatware, paper products, cleaning, garbage bags, linens etc. The pillow tops was so comfortable and our guests all slept well. The long driveway fits 3 cars tandem, 2 on a slight hill. Washer and dryer units are in the basement. We had a fantastic stay and would come again

I stayed in this airbnb for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location can’t be beat; My guest and I walked to the beach, the movies, the aquarium, Norwalk riverwalk, the train station, and at least 30+ restaurants. The apartment itself was a comfortable size for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need for your stay. There was a small balcony, which was nice for some fresh air with your morning coffee. Nicole gave plenty of local recommendations and was very responsive. Would stay again!

Andrew’s place was awesome. Just steps to a beautiful pool and the ocean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cristina's home was great for our stay! She was extremely helpful even before we checked in, providing clear instructions on where to park and the location of the entrance. She even left out some toys for our son to play with during our time there. It's small space, but what we needed and exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again, when we come back to the area!
