Come and spend sunny spring days in Sysmä! A secluded old farm with modern amenities! The nearest neighbor is 600 m away. Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

The tiny home is located near the stunning Salpausselkä outdoor terrain. Lahti Ski Stadium is five kilometers away. P-H central hospital within walking distance. In the summer, convenient e-bikes can be rented from a nearby stop. Downstairs in the house, an idyllic wooden sauna with cooler spaces. There's an apple and plum trees in your own quiet yard. In the summer, you can apply for raspberries on top of the porridge, or you can cycle an apple pie from the stitches in the yard or just on the hammock.

Outdoor terrain right in the backyard and a short distance to the ski slope in winter. In the wooden sauna, you can enjoy the warm steam and the fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. The sauna cabin is also pet-friendly and there is a large fenced area in the yard, so your pet can be safely outside.

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

The House with a Spa

Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.
