The cottage was clean, it was easy to arrive. Messages were responded to quickly. Lovely yard for children to play, and the dog was able to be available. Peaceful place and nice little forest next door.

We were in Sysmä for the third time, but this was our first visit in the summer. The courtyard was summery and beautiful and we had a great time as before.

We had a bachelor party at this accommodation, and the place was just right for that purpose! The warm atmosphere and decor of the accommodation created a good vibe. Karaoke equipment and the possibility of a pool were a big plus. Pia was very kind and helpful, which made the whole arrangement uncomplicated. We highly recommend this place especially for those traveling in a group – a wonderful experience!✨

A peaceful and welcoming place to stay with an incredibly beautiful lakefront location. Great outdoor trails leave right next to the place to stay. It was lovely to sit on a glazed deck and a lakeside sauna terrace admiring summer and nature.

Fantastic home and lovely area

Really nice place with a central location and great views. A well-decorated and pleasantly clean and quiet apartment. The host is very helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. The instructions given were clear and appropriately comprehensive. There were several things to consider when logging in, so it is good to be careful the first time. However, logging in is really flexible, logical and hassle-free. Strong recommendation - I would be happy to come back here. This is worth experiencing!

The apartment is beautiful and peaceful. Free parking next to the house is a big plus! A wonderful holiday home, respectfully renovated! The upstairs sauna is atmospheric and for once a good bed! The equipment is special, everything you can hope for and of high quality, which may be atypical. Air heat pump on both the lower and upper floors - no hot or cold air 👍 I liked it and I will definitely come back!

Really nice apartment, clean, modern, functional. There were 2 adults and 4 children and we fit nicely. The views from the sauna were spectacular. You can quickly get to Särkänniemi by car. Thanks!

The night I spent in the apartment was very pleasant. It was clean and very well equipped, being ideal for a longer duration. In terms of communication, it was correct, quick and cordial. In addition, it is very nicely located, having supermarkets and several restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this superb villa in Päijänne. Villa was even more impressive than in photos and everything was high quality, very clean and well maintained. Beach sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect combo to relax in the evening. Highly recommend for a getaway in nature.

Simply loved staying at this place, full 10 experience! The villa and its yard were very beautiful, with direct views of the lake from the big windows. The villa was very well equipped, whenever you were looking for something, it was found. Our days were kept by the songs and passages of different children on the property, as well as two cute sheltti dogs that popped up every now and then to scratch. The villa had modern solutions for even the discerning cottage maker, but also atmospheres, for example, wood sauna and tub. The lot was paid for, and it was heated when we arrived at the cottage. The beach was also good. On the large terrace of the villa, we had breakfast, enjoyed the sun, and also got to yoga! The host was friendly and responded well to our messages. The cottage was easy to find and check-in was effortless. We would definitely stay here again!

The summer cottage and surroundings are beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. We arrived from the UK in the early hours of the morning and the location was very easy to find by car. We made full use of the sauna, hot tub, bbq and kayak during our stay. There is a small beach area with shallow water and our daughter enjoyed playing there. The cabin is very clean and spacious with everything that a family could need. The owners 2 little dogs would visit us everyday and this was a highlight for our daughters. Thank you to Mirka and Timo for a wonderful holiday and for always being there to help and give tips on places to visit in the local area. We would definitely recommend staying at the summer cottage.

We also enjoyed using the rowboat to paddle around the lake, taking in the beautiful scenery. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips about local attractions and activities. Whether it was relaxing in the sauna or enjoying the view from the terrace, every moment was a delight. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Finland in comfort and style. I can’t wait to return!

Jaako and his wife were superb hosts. I stayed in a historic wooden house with a fascinating history. It had been tastefully renovated while retaining its original features. The kitchen was absolutly fantastic too. Charging the rental Electric Vehicule was free of charge. The house is connected to the local government tap water system, which was superb!!! When I go back to visit Helsinki I will definitely try to rent this amazing place again. Although it's close to Helsinki, You feel like you're living in the countryside. Thanks!
