The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. We, Carlotta & Paul, have completely renovated our small bakery from 1816 in the past two years with natural and sustainable building materials. The furniture and the kitchen are also planned with a lot of love and built in our workshop. For two people, the bakery offers enough space to relax for a few days, to start a short trip to the Lüneburg Heath or simply to unwind. We look forward to seeing you!
