Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hamilton

This has to be the best Airbnb.I ve ever stayed in , it's got full sky tv everything is brand new , the furniture , the beds , the bathrooms , the kitchen , will definitely stay here again good job Lynne

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Another fantastic stay at this lovely house in the most perfect location. Being able to head around the lake so easily is such a bonus. Tracy was very quick with all communication and queries I had. Everything you need is in the hosue and the bd very comfortable. # WIll definitely stay again when in Hamilton

Beautiful home, very private and a quiet neighbourhood, right across the street from Hamilton Golf Club. Stunning views from the living room. Big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a large open kitchen. Coffee shop and cafes close by as is fantastic bike trail along the river. It was so cold when we arrived that Angela even put the electric blanket on, and left some beverages in the fridge for us. So welcoming and a wonderful host, we will definitely be back when we travel for work to NZ again. Thank you so much Angela.

We stayed in Hamilton as a central location to do day trips to the places we wanted to go. Sarna's place was perfect for the three of us. It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get the car to the back of the house where we had a covered parking spot right next to the rental. Loved the kitchen and having the separate washer and dryer.

We loved our stay at this lovely home in Hamilton. Just stayed one night, with a plan to visit Hobbiton the next day but no plan for our arrival. Sharon shared a website of attractions in the area that led us to a delightful alpaca farm nearby. Hamilton is a lovely town! We’re glad we stayed here.

Janice was a joy to deal with. Her property was just as it was listed beautiful well set up and very comfortable for, four weary +60 age golfers from the Hawkes Bay Her communication throughout the entire process was 5-Star. from Coordinating her cleaning service with our arrival on day-1 giving us the opportunity to check in early if needed which was taken up at the time, but we were grateful of the offer. House was spot less and very comfortable with clear instruction from arrival to departure Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay. Lots of extra little touches like fresh flowers, phone chargers, coffee options, and even some home baked treats! With a great cafe and river walks on your doorstep, and vibrant food and shopping scene of Hamilton East close by, our stay was excellent.

Great space for our work trip for the week. Sarah was very responsive and accommodating in allowing us to use the washing machine for the week. A little noisy being right next to a busy intersection. Close to ammenities

Great place for a short stay. Has everything you need and is close to town and all the restaurants. Even has a small office for work trips. Internal access garage is a bonus although won't fit a large SUV. Great spot!

We LOVED staying with Megan and her family. What an incredible host. This is what I love about AirBnB. Megan was communicative and gracious. We used the pickleball court and the spa. So much to do in the area. We felt so cared for and restored for the rest of our trip. THANK YOU!

For us, this is a 5 star facility. Carla communication made us feel at home in her home where we had the entire downstairs level. The bed is very comfortable and the seperate living room with TV is an excellent space to relax. Microwave, fridge and tea making bench in the internal garage is a very useful. I was able to park in the garage and close the door which I appreciated, seeing Carla was absent. We felt very comfortable and recommend this clean, neat and tidy stay. Separate shower and toilet room for our exclusive use, completed the great stay. Thanks, for having us in your centrally located apartment. It is all that we needed for an overnight visit to Hamilton.

Glenn and Jordan have really thought about what people want in an air bnb. comfortable beds , cleanliness, space and security. They even have some extras in the kitchen for you to use. We highly recommend their place to other guests and hope that we can stay again. Thanks for having us.
