Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Country - loft apartment + fireplace + garden + parking

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Durch die vollausgestatte Küche und dem kleinen Essbereich bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage der Wohnung besticht durch eine optimale Anbindung. Den Bahnhof erreicht man fußläufig innerhalb von 3 Minuten, genauso wie die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit. Die Autobahn A3 ist innerhalb 5 min zu Erreichen.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Our beautiful, light-filled attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

Cozy, rural apartment in the countryside

Our holiday home is located on a former farm near Marienthal. On the ground floor there is the entrance area and the bathroom with shower. On the first floor you enter the living room, bedroom, guest toilet and kitchen from a spacious hallway. If you play golf, there will be an 18-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity. Relax and enjoy nature, away from the stresses of everyday life.

Spacious apartment for city trip

The apartment is family-run and offers a warm atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is a snack bar and several shops are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The city center is also well connected and can be reached within 10-15 minutes by bike or bus. The two single beds in the bedroom can be pushed together to form a bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed.
