It was wonderful. It was spotless and spacious. Just enough but not too much! I loved that they had extra toiletries in case you forgot to travel with yours! I would highly recommend it!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable place. Perfect location for a short drive everyday to Northampton for a sporting event I was competing in. Minutes from the highway and a coffee shop just a two minute drive from the house. Perfect for a quick, easy start to early mornings.

We loved our stay in Stacy’s cozy, clean, and pet-friendly home! Our furbaby felt right at home and enjoyed the dog toys. Host was responsive and accommodating. Peaceful, and very beautiful home in a nice area. Highly recommend!

The minute we walked in the door we were so happy to see a beautiful, well cared for immaculate home. Not to mention the setting where the house is located, it is breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we would need to make any meals. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was amazing, the sheets and mattress - outstanding quality! Karen was the best host. We hope to stay in her home again.

Very cute apartment and more than what we needed for a one night stay on a wedding weekend! The downstairs has a charming sitting room and spacious kitchen with fridge, stove, and laundry. The stairs were a bit steep so be cautious! Upstairs a comfy soft bed with window AC and a large bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Jennifer was very nice about our last minute request to check in early to change for a 4 PM wedding. We would stay here again if we come back to the area! Thanks so much!

This first floor apartment is wonderful- homey, well equipped, on a quiet friendly street with lots of greenery, peaceful and easy. Parking was a breeze in a well marked space and the location is convenient to all things in and around Easthampton and Northampton, with good walking destinations, restaurants, and more. Rocky has many thoughtful touches and the kitchen was so well outfitted, I was sorry I didn't stay longer to do some cooking there!

Always a pleasure to stay in this nice spot. Appreciate the fresh coffee and creamer in the fridge!

Great place to stay in downtown Northampton! My coworkers and I stayed here for a conference. Plenty of room, great looking place. Right in downtown so you can walk anywhere.

This private apartment is cute and quirky and cozy. It’s in a beautiful and quiet location with great amenities in Florence and a short drive to Northampton. The apartment is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

The apartment was nice and cozy. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The check in and out instructions were very clear, and the notebook in the kitchen had a lot of useful information. I would come back in the future!

This is my second time staying here and I had a wonderful stay, again! The place is super clean and exactly as described—comfortable, quiet, and perfect for my trip. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, making my family and I feel right at home from the start. Communication was easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy spot with amazing hosts!

cool decor, warm welcoming environment. the location is fantastic. the only thing I would caution folks about is that there are a lot of steep stairs, even inside the house to go from room to room. not for everybody, but we will definitely stay with Virginia again.

This place is good, just has about all the essentials you would need to get through the week if your there on work, full kitchen, plenty of rooms to choose from to sleep in, a good living room for lounging with a good tv. Would say it is missing some items for essentials like some cookware including a cutting board, would be nice to have. It is also noisy at nice including the train passing by and the neighbors sometimes. Good place just for working though. Would stay again if I had to.

Eric is a great host and I look forward to having a reason to return. Location is excellent as well for walking around town.

I rented the Basement Oasis for my sons Graduation from UMASS Amherst. It was MUCH closer than I thought it would be. The drive is super simple and local and along the way there is every kind of retail store you can think of. Marshaalls, TJs, LL Bean, food chains, local eateris, major Food markets. The location is perfect. It was super clean, spacious, and everything you need!!! Beautiful residential neighborhood

It's not easy to find a vacation stay with 5 queen bedrooms, but this is a very comfortable 2-floor apartment. Bedrooms are a good size, kitchen has space, 2 bathrooms. Loved this space, loved how close it was to the highway so we could get around.

Place was exactly as listed. Clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Having the driveway was great too! Close to everything downtown We will stay again

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more! We stayed while we were exhibiting dairy cattle nearby at the Eastern States Expo grounds, and it was a lot of late nights and early mornings. The location was super close to the grounds but still in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and felt safe walking from the car to the front steps each night. I had a little trouble locking the door the first time we left so I called the host before 7 am and they answered immediately, and were friendly and helpful (not at all grumpy about the early am call!!). The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. I would absolutely recommend this rental and am looking forward to booking ahead for next year!
