The guest suite is connected to the main house, but has its own private stairs and entrance, as well as a dedicated parking space. Gorgeous views day and night are enjoyed from the guest suite and the covered patio underneath. It is a wildlife lover's paradise! We are about 20 minutes from Wilmington and 20 minutes from the beaches of Topsail Island. Please note-we do not have a boat dock available.

Great location near shops and beaches! Separate apartment 380 sq ft. Private walkway, small deck area, large backyard with fire pit. The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

This home worked well for our group of eight. Everything we needed was there, including linens, kitchen items, dishwasher detergent, laundry room, etc. If you're traveling with kids, there are lots of provided games, books, beach toys, etc. The hosts even left a thoughtful gift bag for us. If you are traveling with a wheelchair like us, you'll need to know that the front door is indeed accessible. Some of the doorways were a tight fit for our daughter's power chair and there is no roll-in shower. We'd be happy to return to this home for another stay!

This was my second stay within a month, and I absolutely love this place. It’s the perfect size , not too small, not too big , and so thoughtfully set up. Doreen is super responsive and proactive, which makes everything easy. I really appreciate the little extras like regular and sparkling water, and even a hair straightener in the bathroom. Now I know not to pack mine next time! My flight was delayed and I had issues leaving too, but she was incredibly accommodating with late check-in and check-out. That flexibility means so much when life happens. I’ll definitely be back!
