Just 2 miles from Surf City beaches and close to coffee shops, parks, mini golf, and local favorites, this cozy upstairs townhome is designed for easy, memorable beach trips full of fun and relaxation. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or counter for up to eight, and a spacious living room with 22 foot ceilings and large widows to bring in the natural light. Our place is just minutes from the beach by car and steps from community tennis courts, fitness center, and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We are about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and Wilmington. Two beach chairs are available for your use. Our place is able to accomodate two guests (ages 12 & up), and we are not able to accept larger parties. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!

This studio guest house has a private entrance. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker with a grinder with coffee for your stay and cups for the morning cup of joe.
