When you arrive, you will feel at peace in our truly tranquil oasis, surrounded by nature. We abutt 87 acres of conservation land. Turkeys, deer and birds visit us daily! In the heart of historic downtown Ipswich, the John Brewer house has been a family home since 1680! This fully renovated apartment features many modern amenities, like hi-speed internet, 50" and 55" televisions with streaming channels. There is parking for two cars, and we are a short walk to Market Street, the commuter rail to Boston, a large park for children, and many fantastic local restaurants. Drive to Boston or Maine in 45 mins; Salem or Gloucester in 30 mins; Crane Beach in 10 mins!

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

The apartment has one queen size bed with sliding doors opening out to the lawn, a queen pullout couch, granite counter-top complete kitchen including micro and dishwasher, ping-pong table, flat screen TV, home office and bathroom/ shower. The apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and meets all covid-19 standards.

Everything you need is within walking distance; shopping, grocery, dining, lake, short drive/ride to beach. The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.
