Kathy’s spot was a welcome retreat tucked away from Lebanon town center. Lovely hammocks and a big backyard with lots of birds and peepers to lull you to sleep. We adored this overnight stay and were super thankful for the clear instructions and responsive host. WiFi was easy to log onto and very fast. We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described - clean, spacious, and perfect for a gathering of family and friends. The location was great- close to the boardwalk, beach, coffee, bars, and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

we loved staying here! Our 5 yr old did not want to leave! It had everything you need for a perfect family getaway and dog friendly. Tons of toys to pick from and a great completely fenced in yard.. Beautiful location and you can walk 15 min to a super library and a little downtown area with great places to eat!

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Katy's house was the perfect space for a peaceful getaway. The house was beautiful and surprisingly spacious, and the view of the lake was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if we get the chance!

Eddie’s pirate sanctuary was awesome. Beautiful views, very nice fixtures and super cozy.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

We stayed for three nights to visit the surrounding Cape Ann area. Ian’s place was fabulous - private, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities including a BBQ stove by the pool. Space is larger than the pictures looked like and furnitures were of high qualities. Highly recommended for anyone travelling in the area!

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend with a pet. Host was super responsive and friendly! Ample parking. The clean and well stocked kitchenette came in handy. With the location right off route 1, it was difficult to go for a walk from the hotel, but the hotel grounds are large enough and there was a little fenced in dog area that helped!

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

This home was exactly what we wanted for our beach vacation. It was an easy walk to the beach, so we didn't have to pay for parking. The neighborhood was safe and private, so we could also be away from the hustle and bussle. We were an easy drive from everywhere we planned to visit as well. Josh and the team were very responsive before, during, and after our visit. I will definitely check their listings first for all future visits to the area!

Very clean home with beautiful and thoughtful design. The cottage is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood--definitely what I was looking for. It also offers a great location--close to everything, including beaches. Meredith is very friendly and came over immediately when I needed help with something. My dog and I would love to meet Luna next time. She seems so chill! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was lovely! Beautiful hardwood throughout with plenty of space for seven guests. We also had additional family come over to visit with enough room for everyone. The kids loved going out on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards, and the games were a huge hit! Overall, beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for a larger group.

Amanda's place was perfect, my husband and I took a long weekend and loved it! The photos don't do the place justice, looks alot bigger then it looks and the deck was great place to relax and listen to the river. New Market was an adorable town to walk around and a short drive to Portsmouth. we highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ken & Amy's ,the locals were friendly even on Halloween !!, Walking distance to pubs and restaurants ( 2 mins) , The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed , loved being a porch person :-)

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

This is the first Airbnb that has exceeded my expectations. Delightfully private with close access to beautifully wooded trails and attention to detail in the design of the entire property. Yewona and Gabriel have stellar local recommendations. I hope to return to their home in all seasons!

This place was perfect! The weather was hit or miss during our visit. We used the bikes to ride around the island when the sun was out and enjoyed movies on the comfy couch when it rained. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and restaurants!
