Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

In this cozy family apartment you can stay close to the Zoo, Hamresanden beach and Sørlandsparken shopping center. The location is central with 9 minutes by car to Kjevik Airport and 13 minutes to Kristiansand city center. It takes five minutes to drive to the beach. There is a golf course in Tveit, 15 minutes by car. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop where buses run regularly. There are great hiking trails and a beautiful freshwater in the area. Here it is facilitated for swimming and outdoor life. Welcome!

The apartment: 2 bedrooms with double beds in both rooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Terrace with garden furniture and sun from morning to evening. One of the people who will be staying in the apartment must be 45 years old as it is the rule to be able to stay in these apartments.

Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Huset ligger helt i enden av bilvei, så det er ikke trafikk på området. 70 meter til strand og brygge med båt som er inkludert i leien. Ny båt Pioner 14 med 9.9 Yamaha med el. start og kartplotter tilgjengelig fra 20.06. Før 20.06 er det GH14 med 9.9 suzuki. Langgrunn strand som passer fint for de små. Stor gressplen med trampoline ved stranden. Sup-brett og kajakker kan man låne. Med båt er man i Norges fineste skjærgård med mange små holmer og øyer. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere.

Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
