Charming cottage on the waterfront of Otra, with its own small beach and fishing rights. The cabin has a kitchenette with two hobs, coffee maker, fridge and the most necessary kitchen utensils. No running water, but enough drinking water and washing water is provided. Toilet in separate building wall-to-wall with the cabin which is located on a sheep pasture with no neighbors nearby. Free parking about 50 meters away. Great hiking terrain/nearby trips! Tømmerrenna is just nearby and should be experienced (google it). The same applies to the Setesdalsbanen

There is a golf course in Tveit, 15 minutes by car. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop where buses run regularly. There are great hiking trails and a beautiful freshwater in the area. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.
