Beautiful and newly built home in the heart of MDI! This 5000 sq. ft space is your perfect home away from home. The main floor kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven, electric stove, double door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for 6 and there’s also seating on the kitchen bar for 4. We are about 6 miles from Northeast Harbor and Southwest Harbor and the busy town of Bar Harbor. The home is located on a secluded woodsy area.

Enjoy the peace and serenity of a private setting while being close to it all (MDI 45min and Bangor 45min). Watch the sun rise while enjoying the lake front views or step into the rustic elegance of our post and beam cabin. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath home can sleep up to 10 guests and includes a private beach with a gradual entry making it perfect for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding (included). Fire pit, hot tub, and game room give the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment!

Cozy, fully converted historic barn within easy walking distance to the rocky shore of Bass Harbor, a busy lobstering port. An ideal, pet friendly, home base while exploring Acadia National Park. The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.
