Archipelago house on Utö, Rådjursbacken

Rådjursbacken is a complete cabin located in a calm area in the middle of the island, with close to Spränga jetty. The cottage has two floors. On the lower floor is the living room with TV, fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace to the west with ocean glimpses. On the terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Cot, high chair available. A limited number of bikes available to hire. Docking area is available, but please let me know beforehand if you wish to borrow it.

On the peninsula there are several nature reserves where forest and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence makes this a very relaxing place. Stockholm is reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 min. At the front there is a deck and garden that provides privacy to the main building. At the back there is a newly built terrace overlooking the forest.

Close proximity to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Private house in Tyresö Trollbäcken, canoes included.

Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim at the cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day Approx 1 hour by car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have parties or friends visiting. Age limit is 25 years.

Cozy apartment in a private house with a hall downstairs and kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and bedroom upstairs. A total of 6 beds divided into three 160 cm beds. Quiet area 100 meters from the sea and the historic Ringvägen. 1500 meters from the port with ferries to Gotland, Gotska Sandön, Poland and Latvia. Cleaning, towels, sheets and bedding included!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, just over half an hour by commuter train from central Stockholm. You have a small apartment for yourself with your own entrance and patio. Sheets and towels are included. If you come by car, there is parking. There is very nice nature around and a number of commercial gardens.
