Villa holiday rentals in Haninge Municipality

We had a magnificent vacation at Ludvig‘s family’s home. The house has been beautifully decorated, is very cozy, has a beautiful and a huge garden with a lot of sitting areas, toys, soccer goals, etc. The rooms are all spacious and bright and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (which is not the case in professional holiday homes). Ludvig is super friendly, was always in touch with us, to make sure, we got everything we need and got good tips for sightseeing, restaurants and beaches. We are very thankful to him and his family, as they and their house played a big part in our wonderful vacation.

Stannade över natten för att ta morgonbåten till Gotland, så kort vistelse - men mycket smidigt och bra. Trevligt bemötande och toppen att få lite tips kring vi kan göra i Nynäs om vi stannar längre nästa gång.

While in Sweden on vacation we were in the need of finding housing on relatively short notice and Sara's house ended up being the perfect place for us. The house is modern and clean, with easy access to the train station (about a 10-15min walk away) as well as quick access to the highway where you can find large shopping areas within a 5min drive. The yard is private with a huge trampoline that the kids enjoyed and the house also had a gas grill plus a wok (basically a huge cast iron pan that is heated up with gas - which was great to cook veggies on).

Sehr, sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Villa. Auf der tollen Sonnenterrasse mit Ausblick auf die reine Natur einen Kaffee zu genießen und zu lesen, war für uns Urlaub pur. Unsere Tochter kamen zeitweise zu Besuch, auch sie waren begeistert. Unsere zwei Hunde haben sich genau wie wir sehr wohl gewühlt, Carina hatte eigens für sie sogar ein Spieleck eingerichtet und Schüsseln aufgestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir hoffen, wir bekommen die Möglichkeit wieder zu kommen.

Virkelig dejligt lille sted, som havde en fantastisk udsigt. Det var nemt at tjekke ind og ud.

I can only recommend this home away from home as this is exactly what you get: Sofie and her family are giving away their own home for rent and you can feel the difference. Everything is fully equipped, comfortable and they even left their kids‘ toys for our little daughter to play - it was like playtime heaven for her 😀 Because we were not so lucky with another booking I reached out to Sofie if we could arrive earlier and in the end even this was made possible. Thank you for the great time and pleasant vacation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nina! Sa maison était propre, spacieuse et super bien équipée. A proximité de l'autoroute et de la gare de Vega. Nous avons passé de très bons moments !

Vi hade en fantastisk helg på Ornö! Huset ligger vackert med sjöutsikt och väldigt nära till strand/brygga. Arne var tillgänglig och så till att vi kom in ordentligt när vi anlände. Det stora trädäcket som löper runt hela huset gjorde att juset kändes stort och lyxigt, vilket set också är. Trädäcket förstärkte bara känslan av rymd. Alla rum var fräscha och mysiga och både kök och badrum var i toppklass. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka till Arnes hus!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta underbara hus på Dalarö. Allt var precis som beskrivet och ännu bättre. Linnéa var otroligt vänlig och förberedde allt perfekt för vår grupp. Huset är rymligt och vackert, med stora sociala ytor. Det fanns massor av aktiviteter för barnen, inklusive en studsmatta, lekstuga, och en närliggande skog att utforska. Poolen var en höjdpunkt med sitt varma vatten och vi njöt verkligen av att tillbringa tid på den generösa altanen med grillmöjligheter. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till alla som söker en avkopplande och rolig vistelse i Stockholms skärgård. Absolut värt priset!

Wie hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Patrik im Haus! Das Haus liegt wunderschön direkt mit Blick auf die Ostsee ist herrlich modern eingerichtet und großgenug auch mit 4 Kids super zu bewohnen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, besonders die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Also auch aufwendiges Kochen oder ein BBQ im Garten ist kein Problem. Es gibt großartige Liegen, eine Hängematte, Sitzsäcke zum Entspannen und in der Sonne liegen. Ein Highlight ist sicher der schöne blumenreiche Garten und die Treppe zum Wasser zum privat Stand inkl. Surfbrett und Boot! Die Kinder haben den XL- TV und die PlayStation natürlich besonders geliebt. Rundum ein herrliches Haus für einen perfekten Schweden Urlaub. Danke

Nach 2 Wochen Reisen durch Schweden haben wir eine Woche in Nynäshamn in dieser tollen Villa genossen. Die Einrichtung war super und inspirierend. Das Haus ist sehr gross und jedes der Kinder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf der grossen Terrasse. Es gibt dort auch die Möglichkeit für Fitness mit Hanteln :-). Wir haben vielen Tipps von Helen und Niclas für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Wir empfehlen bei Lövhagen ein Kajak zu mieten für eine schöne Tour in den Schären. Auch empfehlenswert in der Ute-Express ab Nynäshamn nach Alö oder Utö - allenfalls dort dann Fahrräder mieten. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft dort sehr geschätzt.

Gustaf and Linn have a wonderful place in the archipelago. The house is cosy and full of activities to do in the serene and beautiful nature of Muskö. From the outdoor deck, outdoor shower, the sauna and the stand up paddles we could not say what we loved most and had a great week there. Would love to come back!

We had a great time in the cozy house with our family and enjoyed nice barbecues on the big veranda. Our daughter loved the pool and trampoline. The contact with Niclas was very friendly and courteous.
