Monthly Rentals in Hanoi

The room is clean and tidy, the floor-to-ceiling windows are great, and you can see the train downstairs when you open the curtains Not much space, but everything is available, and the bed is very comfortable The bathroom and sink are dry and wet separated, and they are clean and odorless There is also a simple kitchen, microwave, small refrigerator, induction cooker, and kitchenware. Both the host and his son are super enthusiastic, they will come to greet us enthusiastically when we check in and out, and they will prepare new bottled water and clean bath towels for us every day Suggestion: There are only four or five hangers, which is not enough. I also hope that a few hangers can be prepared to hang pants. There is no place to hang pants. The bathroom and toilet only have half a door. When taking a shower, the floor in front of the toilet will be wet and slippery.

I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean and felt like home. Even if I had a bit of trouble in finding the lobby entrance, but everything went smoothly afterwards. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting this area!

We loved our stay at Van Anhs place. He was very a very responsive host and and always messaged when we were in completely different time zones. He has a great luggage storage feature and we left our luggage free of charge for 2 weeks. The apartment was spotless and clean and it matched the description. Nobody will be dissapointed staying here and we have already booked another reservation with Van Anh. Looking forward to the next stay.

The apartment is comfortable and really well maintained. Everything you need and more. The apartment is in a really high floor with fantastic views and we found it really quiet and private. The building is part of the Swan Lake residences which exceeded all expectations for beautiful surroundings. Absolutely perfect for kids because we lost track of the number of amazing parks and playgrounds within walking distance. Phuong was incredible in her support, flexibility and attentiveness. 11/10! We have already booked a return visit!
