Our family of five had a quick stay at Josh’s and the home did not disappoint. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The back porch and yard was our favorite space - the fire pit and twinkle lights created a great atmosphere. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay. The house is bright and clean and comfortable and we would stay here again. The hosts are very responsive and they provide all the necessities and then some! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Alex is an amazing host. If my wife or myself had any questions she responded quickly to an email. The location of this AIRBNB is near restaurants and places to shop. It’s very peaceful and pleasant. Everything was clean and it was a good place to stay, and it was close to Richmond and had a blast going out.

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Private space for quiet downtime with the family.

Comfortable home that was exactly what my family needed. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Shower on the first floor is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed. Maria was always responsible and was flexible my with requests.

We had a great stay—the backyard is beautiful and peaceful; the pool resort-quality and refreshing; kitchen well-equipped for preparing chef-quality meals; house full of interesting reads, artwork, and games. Everyone from 9 to 92 enjoyed the house. We also explored the neighborhood and found it close to all sorts of interesting places right out the front door. Would definitely stay again next time we come to Richmond.

Shannon’s place met our expectations. The price for our stay was more than reasonable. It’s such a quiet and calming space. Everything was super clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. Would 100% recommend it!

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

This was a gem of a place in such gorgeous surroundings. It was truly a special experience to have private access to the pool and huge back patio. I appreciate Lesley’s efforts with such a thoughtful and tasteful beach theme throughout this pool house. We enjoyed everything inside and out!

We are repeat guests and they minute we find out we have to be in Richmond, it's an automatic click. The hospitality of the owners is top level. The house is well stocked and has pretty much all cooking supplies you could ever need. The pool was so key this last stay because it was so hot and the water was refreshing! We felt right at home. Great guest instructions and easy checking in as well as checking out. Again, automatic booking for us when we need to be in Richmond!

This place was really nice! Perfect for what I needed. Had a washer and dryer! The kitchenette was perfect for coffee and making up a light breakfast. In great area with lots of good things to do. The check-in was super easy. Host was super responsive. If your coming to Richmond for either buisness or pleasure, check this spot out. Its a perfect place to come back too after being out all day. Nice and quiet and very clean. In a great part of town thats lowkey. I would most certainly get this place again in the future for when I need a place in Richmond to stay. Everything was straightforward — simple check in and check out. Nice clean space and a responsive host made for an enjoyable stay! The motion sensor outdoor path lights are a great safety feature as well.

Charming house in a lovely part of Richmond. It was close to parks and downtown. We loved the backyard and were able to host my 87 yr old father in law and his wife. They enjoyed sitting in the comfortable outdoor chairs while our dog chased rabbits in the big back yard.

We had a fantastic stay! This condo had great high ceilings, which made the place feel very spacious. There were close spots to quickly park and unload suitcases, and no stairs to climb. There are so many things to do within walking distance, such as great restaurants and visiting the beautiful capitol building area. Parking is included and just around the block in a safe garage, which is such a plus when staying downtown. We definitely would book this space again! Whit is very helpful, friendly and responsive!

I had a pleasant stay here. The living room TV is large and great for Xbox or movies. Both bedrooms, and the house in general, was clean and tidy. Surrounding area has great access to stores.

Ryan's place was amazing; exactly as described in the pictures. Ryan was very responsible, and honestly, we did not encounter any issues. Overall, I would greatly recommend staying here.

The Glen Allen Steamboat Home met our needs well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, and the appliances were modern and functional. The living and dining areas were spacious and comfortable, allowing us to hang out and enjoy one another’s company. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Our contact, Angela, was available and helpful without being intrusive. We enjoyed our stay.

Leah’s place was beautiful! On top of that, Leah and John helped us when we got stuck with our trailer. They were so kind about it, even with the fact that it happened at 5 am. We stayed here as a pit stop from our cross-country move, and I’d definitely stay here again.
