If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor directly in Hagenstrasse. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. If necessary, a folding bed can be made available, so that 4 people can stay here. The double bed is 180 x 200 cm. Here you will also find bathroom with shower, workplace, a storage space, very large private terrace with lounge furniture and small table with chairs, TV with Dysney+ and Netflix. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

The apartment is the entire upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is in the center of Helmstedt (Barmke district) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows a lot of light comes into the apartment, whereby all windows are equipped with shutters.

Also suitable for longer-term stays if you want to work temporarily in the area, Wolfsburg, Braunschweig, Helmstedt.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (in the attic), an elevator is not provided. Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and grill. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe cycle path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
