This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Wow what an amazing property, just wish I could have stayed longer. Home from home with more. Comfortable bed/s great quality including bedding and towels of luxury quality. Thoughtful touches on arrival. Local amenities, plenty of restaurants/pubs walking distance. Beautiful local reservoir walks, plenty to do and see. Spa was an amazing added bonus to enjoy your stay with full relaxation under the stars and after a long walk. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to my family and friends already. One of those weekend breaks that you don't want to end. Thanks for everything.

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

Lovely hosts, felt very welcomed with a welcome note and cookies! Bed very comfy and lovely kitchen and living area. Clean Bathroom. Full of amenities! A lovely stay! Only think is that its very hot and there is no extractor fan, so when cooking it does heat up. The oven shelf tips out very easily, so be careful opening it otherwize your food will go on the floor

Brilliantly done up little place a great distance from the city centre. Far enough away to be quiet, not so far you can't walk there

We had an amazing time at the house! It was beautifully finished and was spotless on arrival! The house had all the amenities we could possibly need- we had a very comfortable stay! Luckily the sunshine made an appearance during the weekend so we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard! We would definitley recommend this house to others

Have just had a lovely peaceful few days at Jake’s house with my daughter. Everything was as expected, descriptions were very accurate. I can highly recommend for anyone to stay, it was very comfortable and clean and Jake was so easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely return if in the area as I cannot fault a thing. Thank you Jake, it was perfect for our needs.

lovely accomodation, nice and clean and had all the amenities you could need (including an iron, big win in my eyes) Great location, only costing a couple quid for Ubers into town !! highly recommend and will be staying here again !!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, warm, and well-maintained. There was plenty of street parking available, which required a permit, and the host kindly provided it. Everything about the stay was lovely, especially the beautiful little backyard – such a peaceful and charming spot. I was definitely satisfied and would highly recommend this place to others

My friends and I (6 of us in total) stayed here for a gig at Temple Newsam Park. Dani was really easy to communicate with about various things ahead of time and got in touch to enquire how many cars we were bringing in case we needed a parking permit (we didn’t). Really easy to find, really clean and lots of space. Highly recommend!

Perfect for 2-4, 10 minutes in a sensibly priced taxi from the middle of town, can’t go wrong with this if your using it as a place to get your head down, clean as a whistle and quick and clean communication, would recommend.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful location! The cottage was clean and modern but still cosy and homely. The view from the bedroom window was stunning! Communication with Sharon prior to the stay was superb. And a wonderfully heartfelt little touch was that she had left us a bottle of Prosecco and a congratulations card (as we were staying there for our wedding). We will be recommending to our friends and family!

This was our second time at the Snug and it was as good as we remembered. Lovely, cosy place to stay with everything you need. We will absolutely be back again!
