It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.
