Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-room with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom has a queen size double bed and comfortable sofa bed for 2 sleepers. You park the car, truck or car with trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car charge point can be arranged!

But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. Absolutely fantastic accommodation! If you want to stay at a Skånegård and look out over rolling fields, then you are in the right place! You can see the larks flying, the cuckoo singing, the roe deer playing hide and seek in the rapeseed fields while enjoying the evening sun! Perfect to stay and use as a base when you make different excursions on the lovely Österlen! Very nice hosts! Super cozy decor with a sense of taste and what you need for your overnight stay!! We've been here 3 years in a row! I give my best warmest recommendations😍/ Johanna, Öland

We stayed in Johan's apartment for 6 nights with 4 people. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. We were able to sleep wonderfully in the beds. The open kitchen/kitchen-living room our main place to stay. Although we didn't have good weather, time hasn't been long for us. We met Johan. He is very nice and took good care of us. Had a really good stay at Mona's. Everything lived up to expectations :) She also helped me when my bike tire was flat. The best recommendations from here. (If you are light-sensitive, the refrigerator makes a little noise)

We truly enjoyed our stay in the swamp house. Not only was it a great base to explore the south of Sweden, relaxing at the house was magical. We slept like babies and this place even makes a rainy day feel pleasant. We would love to come back again!

This place is a gem! In the attic of a side house the hosts have prepared a little studio apartment with slanted ceilings, a little kitchenette, a bathroom, a queen size bed, a lounge area and seating area overlooking the fields. All the necessary amenities are available - including a gas barbecue on the large balcony which also has evening sun. The apartment is super clean and very well organized. Susanne and Henning are very friendly and welcoming. We give this place our best recommendations. (It may be worth noting that there are steps leading up to the apartment which may be considered steep for some, but this was nothing which bothered us.)
