Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Harpers Ferry

This is our second time staying at one of Laura's properties and each time has been terrific! What you see is what you get... a large fully functioning home with easy check-in, nice amenities, responsive host and easy check out! My family and I had a great time, thank you Laura!

This place is AMAZING! So many fun things to do! The hot tub in the cave was mind blowing, we loved it! Our 6yr old enjoyed feeding and petting the bunnies and chickens! Fishing was so much fun! Ken was an amazing host and responded very quickly! !!5 STARS!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Everyone enjoyed our stay here ! S’mores by the firepit, family games around the huge kitchen table and mornings rocking on the front porch rockers . We wished we could stay longer !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the deck is absolutely incredible at sunrise. It’s about a 25 minute drive to town where we enjoyed mulling around at the unique local shops and checking out the Roman baths. Jacqueline also did a great job communicating her expectations for our tidying things up upon departure. Thank you!

Amazing, amazing place. Will be back! Absolutely stunning. We came in May and the weather was perfect. Also the host was extremely friendly and helpful. A tree fell on the road by the gate on Saturday and within 30 minutes they had it cleared. Beyond helpful.

We had an amazing weekend here. The cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway and is equipped with everything you may need. Having a grill and outdoor fire pit available was a bonus!

Amy and her place were lovely for our family of 4. With two littles it worked very well and Amy even had toys for us- we also used her provided pack n play and some baby essentials. King Bed was extremely comfy, moderately firm. Shower was very nice. Cozy, comfy, had everything we needed. Amy was very responsive and helpful. We would gladly come back! Thanks Amy!!

We had a wonderful night in no small part to our great experience with Roger. He was so helpful and gracious and had such a upbeat and positive presence. The accommodations were so very nice and beautifully appointed. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Would love to stay for a few days so we can really enjoy Occoquan.

Carls place was awesome bigger and better than expected. Clean very comfortable the couches were fabulous nice and a nice pool table.

Just what we wanted. Right in town where we could walk everywhere we wanted to. Mornings were checking up on our horse out away from town, and late afternoon and evening were for wandering around and checking up on everything and then deciding on one of the great places to have dinner. Ava was great for communicating with as needed. Responses were always very quick. Check in and check out we’re really easy! Nice clean place!

Amy’s place was amazing. I loved staying there with my family. There’s lots of space and it’s very clean. It’s very close to town into the college. However you do need a car. It’s not a walkable distance. The pictures from inside are perfectly accurate however, the pictures from outside were not available. Therefore I was a little bit surprised but really the inside is what matters and it’s very nice. Amy was a great host and was very responsive and I really enjoyed my stay here.

We will definitely be back is the best endorsement. Quiet basement space that is in a safe and accessible neighborhood- one bed, living room, kitchen with induction stove, bathroom and cute dining area. Private entrance through the side gate with flood lights making late check in safe and easy. The owner is extremely responsive and lives upstairs but you barely hear anything. It had everything we needed and more. Internet connection was not lightening fast but you can still get online.

Debbie’s place is a very nice pet friendly apartment. Just as described and nice restaurants within walking distance. Just what we needed to rest after a long day of driving.

What a beautiful little gem this place was. We were in town for a local wedding so we didn’t get to spend too much time at the property but we felt right at home when we were there. The space is beautiful and homey with everything you need. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

My in laws and I had a great stay at Krystof's house. It was a great location for what we needed and we loved the grocery store down the street. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen. They were great hosts and when we had questions they were quick to respond and friendly. We will absolutely plan to stay again!

Jee’s home is beautiful. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Very sweet hosts. We’ll try to stay again.

The communication was great! Such an easy check in and check out! Neighborhood was quiet and close to several amenities! It was comfy and even though we weren’t there all the time it felt like home. We would definitely stay there again!!

We had a great time at Bo’s villa! The pool and game room let the kids entertained and the porch views were great for the adults! Host was proactive and made sure we were comfortable right away. Also, had plenty of recommendations for dining and activities. If we are ever back in the area, we will be booking with Bo!

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. What an incredible stay! The home was spotlessly clean—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail was pristine, which made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. It was also beautifully and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere throughout. The outdoor space was just as impressive—peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the fenced-in hot tub area, which made it easy to unwind while our dogs stayed safe nearby. And the sauna was such a cool and unexpected bonus! The location is secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close to wineries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We had the most relaxing weekend with family and friends—this place is a true gem. We can’t wait to return!

Dan’s home is like stepping into a home of history and adventure. There are many pieces to view of his endless journeys throughout the world. The home is situated on a high bluff overlooking the Potomac. The views are gorgeous and many birds can be seen and heard. The gardens and plantings around the house breathe life to the landscape. The home itself is updated with high end kitchen and baths. Master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bath. 3 other bedrooms are very nice as well. Our stay was lovely and would recommend this home highly.
