Most of us know each other well and our kids have grown up together. To this day, we celebrate milestones, holidays and memories together. Miami (Avenue) might not be Mayberry, but it's pretty close! Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. With babies and a dog, minor overhead noise is possible!

This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses. Couples love the quiet retreat from a full day of touring the city. Musicians love the upright piano and woody surroundings. And ALL are welcome!
