Excellent rail and bus links offer easy access to the Yorkshire coast and the vibrant market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

Fraisthorpe Beach, Flamborough and Bridlington only a 20-to-25-minute drive away, if relaxing by the east coast is your preference. York and Scarborough are also within a 40-minute drive.

Wake up being spoilt for choice with many dog friendly beaches nearby.

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work.
